UTI invited Mr. Matthias Kaufmann, the Director International Sales at Sommer GmbH. (Sommer GmbH, Austria, it is a well known international manufacturer of high quality sensors and measurement equipment for hydrology, meteorology and geological purpose.) Matthias is a professional sales with technical education and vast experience in international sales, mainly Asia, East Europe and Russia/Ukraine. He also has a role as trainer providing comprehensive training for the usage of the sensor, RQ-30.

Day 1: Theoretical Training

 

1. Mr. Matthias (the left most one) and candidates

Candidates discuss the technical operation skills with Mr. Matthias

 

Mr. Matthias introduces the software of the flow sensor and show the candidates how to apply the software on flow survey analysis

 

Candidates have experience on using the software

 

Day 2: Pratical on site

 

1. The Introduction of how to use the Flow Sensor

 

 

2. The candidates try to use the flow sensor

 

3. Practical Session at a river at SHEUNG SHUI (水)

 

4. Trainer and candidates discuss about the technical operation of the sensor
