Mr. Philip Ferguson. Manager Pipeline Condition Assessment Tyco Flow Control. Graduate of UniNSW in Metallurgy. He has more than 25 years involvement in inspecting failed water mains, and condition assessment of water mains. He has personal experience utilizing more than 9 different techniques.

He is Fellow Members of HKIUS as well as Chairman of Discipline Representative of Pipe Condition Surveys (PCS) of HKIUS.

Programme highlights

The seminar will introduce the techniques of pipe condition surveys (PCS) by non destructive methods in pipelines. What is the advantage of these methods? How can PCS by non-destructive methods contribute to safety improvement in underground utilities?
