Mr. Philip Ferguson. Manager Pipeline Condition Assessment Tyco Flow Control. Graduate of UniNSW in Metallurgy. He has more than 25 years involvement in inspecting failed water mains, and condition assessment of water mains. He has personal experience utilizing more than 9 different techniques. He is Fellow Members of HKIUS as well as Chairman of Discipline Representative of Pipe Condition Surveys (PCS) of HKIUS. |
