PAYMENT:
A copy of this enrolment form AND a crossed cheque made payable to Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management Ltd should be sent to Public Relations and Communications Department, Suite 1503, 15/F., 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at least THREE days before the programme commencement date. Otherwise HKIHRM reserves the right to cancel the enrolment.
ENROLMENT / CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION:
Enrolment / reservation by email and/or fax are welcome but confirmation is subject to payment in full.
Confirmation will be sent by email THREE days prior to the programme to those who have settled payment only.
In case of over-subscription, enrolment will be on first-come-first-served basis upon payment is settled.
The maximum number of enrolment from each company is six.
All fees are NON refundable.
WEATHER:
Before the programme commences, if the Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is in force; or Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be hoisted within 2 hours, no programme will be held.
All programmes will be held as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 6:00am for morning programs; 10:00am for afternoon programs; and 2:00pm for evening programmes.
