PAYMENT:
 A copy of this enrolment form AND a crossed cheque made payable to Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management Ltd should be sent to Public Relations and Communications Department, Suite 1503, 15/F., 68 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at least THREE days before the programme commencement date. Otherwise HKIHRM reserves the right to cancel the enrolment.

ENROLMENT / CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION:
 Enrolment / reservation by email and/or fax are welcome but confirmation is subject to payment in full.
 Confirmation will be sent by email THREE days prior to the programme to those who have settled payment only.
 In case of over-subscription, enrolment will be on first-come-first-served basis upon payment is settled.
 The maximum number of enrolment from each company is six.
 All fees are NON refundable.

WEATHER:
 Before the programme commences, if the Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is in force; or Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be hoisted within 2 hours, no programme will be held.
 All programmes will be held as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 6:00am for morning programs; 10:00am for afternoon programs; and 2:00pm for evening programmes.
