Mr. Kwong is the Corporate Health, Safety and Environment Manager of Towngas, he is also the President of The Hong Kong Federation of Occupational Safety and Health Associations (HKFOSHA) and HKOSHA.

Programme highlights

When commencing utility surveys/works, safety is a great concern. There are potential hazards when working in confined space and during excavation. To maintain a safe environment, the management level plays a significant role.

The management level shall take an active role in maintaining a safe environment. The management level can improve the situation in various ways. In the seminar, the speaker will talk about the role of management on the safety of utility works and share his invaluable experience. Furthermore, he will share his views on how to improve construction safety performance of HK.
