(i) Applicant should possess a Certificate of Competent Persons and Certified Worker under Section 4(1) and 4(2) which will be expired within 6 months or has expired with not more than 3 months. (ii) Applicant should be lawfully employable in Hong Kong and holder of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card; |
