演講嘉賓俞述西先生為廣州市安全生產監督管理協會會長。俞先生長期在改善安全生產方面努力工作，一直致力於制定和落實與職業安全健康有關的政策、規例以及行政法規，包括參與草擬廣州市安全生產條例。目前俞先生擔任廣州市人民政府參事、國家職業安全健康管理系統的審核員。在2011年，俞先生被推薦成為Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (UK) 首位華人名譽副會長 (Honorary Vice President) 。 |

This is a fee-paying seminar. Language medium wil lbe in Cantonese only. No English translation will be provided. 俞述西會長宣講《中共廣東省委、廣東省人民政府政府關於進一步加強安全生產工作的意見》（粵發[2011]13號），主要內容為： 1．廣東省政府對安全生產工作的總體要求、目標。 2．廣東省實施的一崗雙責制度的含義、要求及其意義、監管職責及相關措施。 3．落實企業安全生產主體責任的相關要求。 4．加強安全生產保障體系建設的措施。 5．提升安全監管水準的相關手段及措施 |
