Mr. Paul Lam Chi Kam, MHKIUS Mr. Lam is the Authorized Signatory to act for BUDA Pipe Rehabilitation Engineering and Co., Ltd. for the purpose of the BO. Mr. Lam is the project manager of BUDA Pipe Rehabilitation Engineering and Co., Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience in building and civil engineering projects. He was project manager for various building renovation works, AA works of aged buildings. Moreover he is involving in various underground and above ground drainage pipes works, underground water supply pipes works by using pressurized and non-pressurized pipelines rehabilitation. |
Programme highlights |
In Hong Kong, many of the underground system are built years ago and approach the end their service life. As time passes, these competent underground pipes deteriorated and are difficult to maintain and replace especially in crowded urban areas. Their efficiency and reliability decline due to the numerous defects accumulated. Therefore, rehabilitation of pipelines is necessary and the project management skills are critical to achieve the specified project goals. There are different methods available for pipelines rehabilitation works. In this seminar, these kind of Lining Works Methods and necessary project management skills to make it happen to comply as specified will be discussed. These basic theories, application procedures and project planning of these Lining Works Project will be presented. |
