根據勞工處最新發出的通告，由於在限制羣組聚集的公告生效期間，提供重新甄審資格安全訓練課程 (即重溫課程) 的機構的服務受到影響，令個別有須要在這段期間續證的僱員(即須要報讀重温課程的僱員)未能適時報讀相關的重新甄審課程。有見及此，針對證明書於2019年12月30日至2020年5月15日到期的僱員，勞工處會作出彈性處理，容許他們繼續受僱於及進行相關的工作，有關特殊安排暫定維持至本年五月底。

Flexible arrangement for employees who are unable to complete Mandatory Safety Training Revalidation Courses in time
During the period on prohibition of group gatherings come into operation, operation of training course providers is affected. As a result, employees who are obliged to revalidate their certificates have difficulty undertaking relevant revalidation courses in time. To cope with the situation, the Labour Department will exercise flexibility to allow employees, holding the certificates with expiry dates falling within December 30, 2019 to May 15, 2020, to continue to be employed at the specified industries or engaged in specified activities. Such exceptional arrangement will be effective till the end of May 2020.
